Breckenridge Place, an Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services Project is well underway, located on the site of the former Women’s Community Building at Cayuga and Seneca St.  The building is six stories high, targeting LEED certification, and will contain 50 residential units slated for various income levels.

Stone Quarry Apartments Project Description

Stone Quarry Apartments is a 35-unit rental housing development by the Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS) and PathStone Development, a non-profit developer.  It is a mixed-income project for affordable and low to moderate income households.  The units will be in one three‐story building and two rows of 2‐story townhouses. Site improvements will include a 37‐space parking area, pedestrian walkways throughout, a recreation area with a playground, basketball court, a lawn, and landscaping. The applicants are also proposing to install a sidewalk, tree lawn, and street trees along the property on Spencer Road.
